Use of the Gleqta app is covered by the agreement we sign with your agency, which prevails if it differs from these terms. By using the website you accept these terms. This is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and needs no physical or digital signature.

The website

We describe Gleqta as accurately as we can. Product screens on this site are illustrations: sites, brands, clients and figures shown in them are examples, not real bookings. Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance; an agreement is formed only when we both sign one.

Acceptable use

Please use the website lawfully. Don't try to break or overload it, gain unauthorised access to it or to the Gleqta app, scrape it at scale, or use it to send spam or anything unlawful.

Free tools and templates

You're welcome to use our calculators, guides and templates in your own work. They are provided as they are and for general information, not as professional, legal or financial advice; check the numbers before you rely on them for a client.

Content and intellectual property

The text, design, software and logos on this site belong to Gleqta or its licensors and are protected under Indian copyright and trade mark law. Please don't copy them wholesale without asking. Names and logos of other companies belong to their owners.

The site may link to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the website is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from using it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
