Inventory
Your sites and your partners', in one clean list.
Import partner rate cards and photo decks without retyping. Keep availability and rates current. Find the right site in seconds, by area, format or distance from a landmark.
What you get
Partner rate cards, imported
Upload a partner's Excel exactly as they sent it. Gleqta reads the layout and asks only what it isn't sure about.
- Merged cells, two-row headers and odd spellings handled
- Each partner's layout remembered for next time
- Nothing saved until you confirm
Photos from their decks
Drop in the partner's PowerPoint and each slide's photos land on the right screen. You confirm the matches.
- Day and night photos kept
- Choose which photo leads on your slides
Always current
Re-upload next month's sheet and availability, list rates and buy rates update. Every rate change is kept on record.
900+ venues pre-loaded
Malls, corporate parks with their tenant companies, and airports across major cities, ready to attach sites to.
Clean locations
State, city, zone, area and landmark, picked from your own lists, so "BG Road" is never spelt three ways. Paste a Maps pin and the address and area fill in.
Find any site fast
Filter by format, area, partner or distance from a point. Save filters you use often, and get warned before adding a duplicate.
Search
Every site, client and proposal, found in seconds.
Search across your inventory and your history, so the answer to "what did we quote them last time?" is always a few keystrokes away.
