What's new

Recent improvements

What we've shipped lately, in plain words.

  1. 11 October 2026

    • Campaign proofs: take start and end photos at the site from your phone, marked GPS when close to the site.
    • A field list on the phone: the live sites nearest to you first, with what each one is due, kept on the phone when there's no signal.
    • A guided camera: two steps, far and then close, and it works out which proof you're taking from the site's dates.
    • A list of who owes you photos, grouped by partner, with a message ready for WhatsApp.
    • A proof report as PowerPoint, and a client link that fills in as sites go up, with no prices or partner names.
    • One client link per campaign. Choose whether it lists sites still waiting for a proof, and replace or revoke it at any time.
    • Photos are shrunk before they upload, so proof reports stay small and uploads are quick on mobile data.
  2. 10 October 2026

    • A site's progress now comes from its proofs: a start proof makes it Live and an end proof completes it, so nobody sets a status by hand.
    • Creatives are tracked once per campaign: files or links, approval, the sizes needed, and who it has been sent to (your screens, your own static sites, each partner). A change mid-campaign is a second creative.
    • At risk now means a site starts within three days and its creative hasn't reached whoever puts it up, and it says what's missing.
    • Digital TV is a media type, and screens sized by diagonal inches keep their inches through the import, the PowerPoint and the Excel, which gets a Diagonal (in) column.
  3. 2 October 2026

    • Proposal versions: every version you send is kept, numbered and compared with the last.
    • Package deals can apply to some of a package's sites, at a discount you choose.
    • DOOH can be booked on chosen days of the week, priced by your own policy.
    • Minimum booking days: set it once for the agency and every proposal respects it.
    • Add many sites to a proposal at once, and save the site filters you use most.
  4. 1 October 2026

    • Photos from partner PowerPoint decks: each slide's photos are matched to the right screen for you to confirm.
  5. 30 September 2026

    • Partner rate card import: upload a partner's Excel as it is, answer a few questions, and add their sites to your inventory.
  6. 20 September 2026

    • Campaigns: convert an accepted proposal and track every site from creative to live, with flags for anything slipping.
    • Pitch links now show a proper title and image when shared on WhatsApp.
  7. 18–19 September 2026

    • Clients: every proposal belongs to a client, with their contacts and full history in one place.
    • Pitch links: share a proposal as a page your client opens without logging in.
    • Mall package discounts, carried through to the PowerPoint, Excel and pitch link.
